OPEN POSITIONS & COMPENSATION DETAILS
Director of Investor Relations
Compensation:
- Performance-based to start
- Retainer: $1,000–$2,500/month (activated after 2 secured investor or sponsorship deals)
- Commission: 5%–10% on all investor and sponsorship partnerships
- Quarterly bonus: up to $5,000 based on funds raised
Expected Annual Earnings: $100,000–$200,000+ (commissions + retainer + bonuses)
Role Overview:
Develops and manages investor, sponsor, and funding relationships. Responsible for fundraising initiatives, capital strategy, and high-level brand partnerships that drive Music Evolved Records’ growth.
Travel & Schedule:
- Travel up to 50% for meetings, showcases, and events
- Required in-office once per week
Director of Sales Operations
Compensation:
- Performance-based to start
- Retainer: $1,000–$2,000/month (activated after 3 reps hit sales targets)
- Overrides: 3%–5% on team revenue
- Monthly performance bonuses up to $2,500
Expected Annual Earnings: $90,000–$175,000+ (team-based + bonuses)
Role Overview:
Leads the internal sales infrastructure, reporting, and team performance across multiple divisions. Works with senior leadership to ensure strong sales growth and conversion consistency.
Travel & Schedule:
- Travel up to 50% for training and leadership events
- Required in-office once per week
Head of Event Revenue
Compensation:
- Performance-based to start
- Retainer: $500–$2,500/month (activated after revenue KPIs met)
- Event bonus: 0.5%–1% of total ticket and sponsorship sales
- performance bonus: $250–$500 for every event exceeding attendance goals
Expected Annual Earnings: $80,000–$160,000+
Role Overview:
Oversees event revenue operations including sponsorships, ticket sales, activations, and partnerships. Works with the Event Operations and Marketing teams to ensure profitability for each concert and tour stop.
Travel & Schedule:
- Travel up to 50% for live events and meetings
- Required in-office once per week
Sales Executive – EvoSuite Division
Compensation:
- 100% commission for first three deals
- Retainer: $1,500/month once third deal is closed
- Commission: 5% on closed appointments, 10% if self-set and closed
- Monthly performance bonuses: $500–$2,000 for exceeding targets
Expected Annual Earnings: $90,000–$150,000+
Role Overview:
Manages B2B and B2C sales for business automation, digital branding, and creative technology under Music Evolved’s EvoSuite brand. Ideal for strong closers who thrive on autonomy and performance-based pay.
Work Arrangement:
- Fully remote
- Must attend two in-office sessions per month for training and performance reviews
Sales Executive – EvoEducates Division
Compensation:
- 100% commission for first three deals
- Retainer: $1,500/month once third deal is closed
- Commission: 5%–10% per deal
- Monthly bonuses for exceeding goals: $500–$1,500
Expected Annual Earnings: $85,000–$145,000+
Role Overview:
Focuses on selling artist and professional development programs through Music Evolved’s education and empowerment division, EvoEducates. Perfect for passionate communicators who enjoy helping others grow.

Sales Executive – EvoSuites Division
Compensation:
- 100% commission for first three deals
- Retainer: $1,500/month once third deal is closed
- Commission: 5%–10% per closed deal

Expected Annual Earnings: $100,000–$175,000+
Role Overview:
Sells creative and branding services, including web design, marketing campaigns, and event activations for artists, agencies, and entertainment companies. Ideal for creatives with strong sales instincts.

- Fully remote
- Must attend two in-office sessions per month for training
Sales Coach Trainer
Compensation:
- Performance-based to start
- Retainer: $1,000–$2,000/month after first two full team training cycles
- Bonus: $250 per active rep trained that closes
- Team performance bonuses: up to $5,000 quarterly
Expected Annual Earnings: $100,000–$200,000+
Role Overview:
Leads sales coaching, onboarding, and performance management across all sales teams. Responsible for script development, advanced training, and improving close rates company-wide.

- Travel up to 50% for coaching and events
